Daytona Properties is looking for Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, With work experience in a Real Estate is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests.
  • Managing call, paper works for management, staff, and other office requirements.
  • Performing administrative duties for executive management and staff.
  • Processing agency agreements with developers.
  • Creating new listings and approving listings on various portals.
  • Drafting and creating contracts A, B, F, MOU, NOC, Form I, and other property-related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions.
  • Drafting Tenancy Contracts
  • Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
  • Submit the required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of Real Estate Admin Experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Publisher
  • Knowledge making Quotation, Invoicing & Proposals
  • Emails correspondence, follow-ups, reminders, and direct phone calls
