We are looking for a Female enthusiastic Telesales Representative (for cold calling) to generate leads/sales for the marketing manager who will be responsible for the meetings/closing sales deals.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator have superior people skills and must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Experience : 1- 3 years in UAE
Hindi is a must.
Salary: AED 3, 000 – 4, 000 per month plus commission.

Job Responsibilities
- To contact potential or existing customers from the database given and inform them about services.
- To answer questions about products or services of the company
- To ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- To direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- To take and process orders in an accurate manner
- To handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- To keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone •
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
