One of our Prestigious Dubai based PSJC is looking for Senior HR Manager (UAE National only) for their corporate office
The Senior Manager – HR & Administration will be responsible for Operational HR & Administration management of assigned Business Units and will report to the Group Head – HR & Administration.
Work closely with Group HR to understand the business requirements and proactively manage and support all transformational HR activities of the organization. Ensure effective integration of existing HR processes through IT systems and ensure effective implementation. Ensure statutory compliance under all applicable laws. Coach, mentor and develop the HR & Admin Team to provide proactive, strategic, and effective HR solutions supporting business strategies and growth. He/She should be someone with the experience of having built HR & Administration department from scratch and ensured continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Talent Management capabilities of an organization.
Ensure the HRIS is maintained with required details of employees up to date including core employee data, payroll data, compensation, and benefits data, leave records, Learning & Development Data and other relevant data that might be important to maintain as per prevailing policy and to support the effective management of all the functions of HR & Admin.
VISA/Government Relations/Statutory compliance will be another important aspect of this job.
UAE national with valid family book is essential for this job.
