Role Purpose
The role will be mainly responsible for coordination with Banks & GS Team, uploading of payments on TAS (RERA) system, reconciliation of TAS Records, and preparing & assisting in month end closure activities/reporting.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Coordinating with Accounts Payable Team for the payment documents.
- Upload of payments on TAS (RERA) system.
- Maintain track for system related payments as well as payments outside of TAS.
- Coordination with Projects Team for seeking additional documents for Beneficiary registrations on TAS and additional documents needed by Banks.
- Coordination with Banks for clarifying bank’s queries and ensuring payments released to Beneficiary.
- Maintaining manual tracker for all payments under Infrastructure escrow accounts as we need to ensure, no payment is missed out/Duplicated.
- Monitoring bank balance on Infrastructure escrow account to ensure we have enough balance to make payments, if no enough balance request for additional funds from respective escrow accounts/Equity.
- Coordinating with GS Team for accounting of transfers made to infra escrow account from various respective escrow accounts.
- Assisting in month end closing.
- Coordinating with Auditors
Minimum Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within Finance function relating to Projects Accounting & Payables.
- Real Estate background.
- would be preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office application.
