We are looking for a Training and HR specialist to add to our team
- The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Develop a recruitment plan to meet company objectives
- Create a recruitment strategy and post adverts accordingly
- Actively headhunting
- Qualification of CVās received
- Scheduling of all applicant interviews
- Conduct initial interviews ready for management approval
- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Preparation of all necessary HR documentation
- Onboarding and training of all new employees
- Implement and adhere to company disciplinary processes
- Monitor sickness, lateness and holidays
