Scope of Work:
You will be responsible for monitoring every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards.
Responsibilities for Quality Assurance
- Create tests to identify software problems
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
- Document results of tests for the software development team
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance the user experience
- Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve our apps.
- Works with the designer and frontend team to ensure that what we expect is what we get.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
Requirements
- Must have an experience of 5 years with a minimum 3 year in e-commerce.
- Extensive experience in software development and testing.
- Strong knowledge of different web applications with previous experience in testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Understanding of PHP, Python, SQL, JS.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- E-commerce experience is required.
- Previous experience with Magento is an additional.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Arabic Native Speaker/Bilingual
