Job Description:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations for similar companies with experience in handling recruitment and staff.
- Monitor and track the outsource staff and provide timely dashboard updates to the Management for making informed decisions.
- Ensure the outsource staff onboarding forms are signed and information is captured.
- Out source staff timely security checks on renewal on joining to be processed.
