A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Receptionist”.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

• Meet and greet guests and visitors at the office

• Answer redirect phone calls

• Meeting rooms management and bookings

• Concierge service to team

• Schedule and organize internal/external VCs for the team

• Country Manager calendar coordination and support

• DHL, couriers, online orders

• Filling and document control

• Petty cash/credit card reconciliation

• Visa applications for business trips

• Onboarding process of employees

• Istanbul Team Travel management Coordination, flight, hotel, transportation & PCR bookings for business trips

• CEO Istanbul Visitors Travel management & Coordination, flight, hotel, transportation & PCR bookings for business trips

• Office inventory, supply, and tidiness

• Driver schedule and office boy management

• Building management coordination

• Support corporate affairs: Internal events/birthdays/catering/table setting

• Travel agencies account reconciliation

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

• MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
