Creative Zone Group is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated Business Relations Manager to join one of our B2B Sales team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact developing sales through channel partners and consultants to maximize profitable growth and sales revenue.
To join our team you will have:
- Bachelors Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years Sales experience in a target driven, KPI focused environment
- Experience in business setup / company formation in the UAE is desirable but not essential
- Strong networking skills, able to demonstrate your business development capability
- Passion for achieving results and exceeding targets
- Initiative and commitment, able to manage clients independently
- Exceptional communication skills in English, other languages are also desirable but not essential
- Currently based in UAE.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering consistently high sales performance and achievement of monthly GP targets through channel partners and consultants.
- Displaying strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy and organisational skills in the pursuit of maximising partner relationships.
- Establishing and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, consultants and channel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience of channel partners.
- Updating and maintain CRM system in order to facilitate opportunity tracking and robust pipeline data.
- Managing the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times to channel partners.
- Displaying a high level of UAE business setup market knowledge in order to be seen as ‘expert’ and a credible source of information and to demonstrate the quality of EMS offer.
- Keeping the consultants appraised of the application status and any issues arising working closely with Account managers and compliance teams.
- Proactively pursuing opportunities and areas for future company business growth
