The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can manage a project with oversight from proposal phase to construction administration with the responsibility to f perform structural design engineering, Supervision & authority discussion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the structural design for all types of Buildings, concrete or steel structures, using the international codes, ACI 318, ASCE 7-16, AISC360 and authority requirements
- Prepare the tender drawings, BOQs and review the bids.
- Prepare the structural design using the structural software, CSI etabs, CSI safe, Staad pro, prokon, ect
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates
- Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections
- Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- G+12 DM license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
