The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Hospitality.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and revaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or growing from the role of a Director of Rooms/Front Office Manager of a Large Hotel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Disciplined organizer and strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Eye for detail
- Tech savvy
- Desire to grow and learn new things
- Due to the nature of our guests’ candidates who can speak languages such as Arabic will have an advantage.
- Ideally experienced in Hotel Apartments or Hotels as Rooms HOD.
