Designation: HR Manager – Interior/Fit-out (Group)
We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Aptitude: Dynamic, passionate, proactive, well-presentable, super organized.
Education: Degree in Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent
Experience: 5-10 years
Salary: 10,000 to 12,000 AED
Duties and responsibilities: – HR Manager
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with company objective
Collecting and maintaining records of the employees with all their personal and educational details.
Provide all administrative support require processing VISA of employees in coordinationwith legal team.
Ensure employees’ salaries are prepare as per experience
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local federal regulations
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage employee’s resignation/termination process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Report to management and provide decision support.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
HR Manager Requirements:
Bachelors /Master’s Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Interior/ Fit out experience is required.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
