Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Operation Management or Business Management is preferred
- CIPS certification is an advantage
- Must have an understanding in commercial & financial techniques and be abreast of environmental issues/impact.
Experience and Skills:
- 5-7 years’ experience, 3 years of which need to be in a managerial role
- 5 years’ experience in corporate spend (Indirect spend)
- SAP ERP system experience
- Communicating & managing client expectations and requirements
- Must be political incisive in communicating effectively with the all stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to speak and write in English is required.
- Arabic is an advantage.

Job Details: Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Lead and manage the Corporate Spend Activity (Indirect Spend) for the entire organization.
- Oversee and carry out the procurement policies and processes, and always make sure they are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP and commercial requirements for various services.
- Manage a full tender process, from tender preparation, selection of prospective tenderers, tender issue, clarification process, negotiations, and award
- Negotiates and communicates supply plan timelines to internal and external customers and partners
- Manage the preparation, renewal, revision, and termination of all contracts.
- Generating contracts in SAP and filing of contracts with relevant information.
- Establish framework agreement that will result in cost reduction and improvement of the quality of service.
- Drives best practices in strategic procurement, including category strategies based on internal and external benchmarking.
- Implementation of cost effective and efficient buying procedures.
- Implementation and management of appropriate ordering techniques.
- Support the day-to-day activities, evaluate performance, and make recommendation for promotion or termination of assigned stafff
- Manages the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of statistical reports on procurement.
- Coordinate with end users on the quality of service provided by the Vendor/ Contractor and take required actions if any to maintain quality of service provided under the signed agreements.
- Coordinate with end users on getting the service provider evaluation report on annual basis.
- Crosscheck paper works for PR/PO in relation to establishment of agreements/contracts.
- Ensure that POs are issued against every signed contract.
- Provide periodic contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policies.
- Maintaining contracts summary & Intimating sites 60 days prior to expiry of the contract.
- Good market knowledge to identify new service providers.

- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords.
