We are looking for High Professional in Tourism industry to run Sales Team of our Inbound Department .
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 years experience in DMC in UAE Mandatory
โข Senior level management experience;
โข University or Master degree, preferably economics, business administration or tourism management
โข Perfect knowledges of DMC operations.
โข Proven experience in Group Operations and other areas of the company is a plus
โข Fluency in spoken and written English
โข Willingness to travel

โข Ability to work strategically on the business and also operationally in the business
โข Responsible and reliable
โข Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
โข Monitor and Manage Sales Team
โข Monitoring and reporting of company performance (monthly performance analysis report and financial reports against targets)
โข Manage product development process to ensure unique and defendable position
โข Establish and maintain an effective local marketing and sales strategy ( B2B contracts)
โข Meet the annual sales target set in the budget.
โข Develop external relationships and partnerships and represent the company
โข Proven track record of management across different cultures
โข Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
