Personal Accountant

• In charge of board members dividend distribution based on shareholder agreement annually
• Managing the new partnerships accounts, and heading the accounts managers on both real estate and project management companies (NAMAT & IMPACT)
• In charge of all cooperate accounts to personal accounts transactions
• In charge of all domestic expenses and household expenses controls
• In charge of International investment banks relationship and management
• In charge of annual/monthly/weekly expenses and cash management reporting
• Auditing and verifying all receipts and petty cash payments
• Auditing and verifying all investment payments and expenses
• Dividend management with cooperate finance team KSA/UAE
• Payables requested from personal accounts to other cooperate accounts

Household expenses

• Verify all payments done by household and where is it paid
• Put a monthly schedule on the payment and highest amount paid
• Petrol payments and other payments from the house to be consolidated with a clear direction on who is paying for it
• Verifying all Nanies salaries and payments on a monthly bases

Budgeting

• Monthly expenses of the household
• Payments thru Emirates NBD credit card
• Centralise a household END credit card for all payables
• Salaries verification on household level and expenses management
• Account statements on all accounts

Investment

• Consolidate investment bank statement on a monthly bases to understand bank status
• Personal investment in real estate and the annual return , and where does it get paid back to
• Emirates miles and skywards miles collection
• Budgeting on annual expenses

• Fransi bank account
• Emirates NBD credit card / debit card
• Adib card
• Swiss Credits
• Morgan Stanly investment – shared with amal and private account
• 2 accounts of the Managing director
