General Responsibilities
- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
- Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
- You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
Position Requirements
- Very good coordinating skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office is a must
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
