Real Estate Admin:

Think Real Estate Broker is looking to hire an Admin in addition to our outstanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
  • Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit
  • Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain office filing system
  • Compose, edit, and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
  • From Real Estate Experience is a must
  • Having an experience in Holiday homes is advantage

Requirements:

The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:

  • Expert with all MS Office suite applications
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Good English and communication skills, smart and presentable
  • Eager to learn
  • Well informed of all related online property advertisements (Property finder, Bayut Dubizzle, etc.
  • Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
  • Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and F, etc.)
  • Working within strict deadlines
  • Organizational skills
  • From Real Estate Experience is a must
  • Having an experience in Holiday homes is advantage
