Manager – Brand Training (UAE Nationals)
We are looking for a Manager – Brand Training to join our Rise LLC Business Unit.
The primary focus of this role is to work closely with Managers across all stores to ensure training materials are delivered up to the standard which includes but is not limited to brand training, internal training, employee engagement, rewards and recognition program.
The job responsibilities and qualification criteria associated with this job are as follows:
- Ensure brand standards are maintained as per guidelines through training sessions.
- Identify training needs for managers, teams, and individuals through job analysis, career paths, and annual performance appraisals, in consultation with Line Managers and HR.
- Develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate training programs.
- Conduct audits when needed and as per the audit schedule.
- Lead and assist in all new UAE store openings.
- Onboard and train new joiners to ensure brand standards are met and exceeded.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any related qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry while working in UAE
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to speak multiple languages would be advantageous
