The Job:

We are looking for a Manager – Operations to join our Dubai Harbour Marinas Business Unit.

The primary focus of this role is to run a seamless and safe marina operation based on local and international standards.

The job responsibilities and qualification criteria associated with this job are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Manage all areas of the Dock Operation effectively.
• Monitor and ensure a safe facility environment that includes standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit equipment, housekeeping, sanitation, dress, and employee hygiene.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide detailed reports on all marina business activities.
• Create and implement a comprehensive risk management program.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
• Ensure that the Marina policies, rules, and regulations, comply with regional and international laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marina Management, Business Administration, or any related qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading marina operations in a senior leadership capacity while working in the UAE
• Experience in Marina Operational Management, Risk Management and Compliance, Marina Health and Safety policies and procedures, Fuel Station operation, Berthing Coordination, and Team Training and Development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to speak other languages would be an added advantage
