Responsibility
- To build on sales (current and new business) achieving budgeted area target set.
- To support the customer base both technically and commercially on new and existing projects.
- Maximize added value for every opportunity through promoting the full range of Building Services.
- Liaise with Service team in relation to building refurbishment, fitting out, deliveries, rectifications, and terminations.
Qualifications
- Arabic Speaker
- Good command of English
- Proven commercial experience, including face to face sales experience and B2B business development.
- Knowledge of the Construction industry is required – the building envelope for housebuilding, non-residential, high-rise facade, and modular/offsite structures
- Ability to operate as and work as part of a great team
- Proficiency to discuss range of products and applications to construction professionals
- Forward thinking, flexible and keen to contribute to the further success of a dynamic business
