A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Accountant”.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, interest reconciliation and calculation etc;
• Handle full set of books on subsidiary books including managing the audit, tax, secretarial and all banking matters
• Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable duties such as payments, generate sales invoices, and ensuring that invoices are properly approved and recorded in the accounting system
• Liaise with outsourced service provider to support monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Verify and process staff claims
• Support with audit requests
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Accounting preferred
• Experience of trade finance would be a great advantage but is not essential to fulfil the needs of the role
• Good communication skills with a pleasant personality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong attention to details and possess good analytical skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
