Job description
- Prepare the delivery schedule.
- Responsible in checking documents after delivery.
- Responsible in sending delivery confirmation to dealers/clients.
- Responsible in creating additional orders in the morning.
- Stock report – to be prepared every after loading of materials for delivery.
- Manage the delivery team (driver and helper).
- Display documents checking and photo upon delivery.
- Uploading delivery photo in cloud.
- Make sure the payment / cheque was collected from the client during delivery.
- Preparing the documents and obtaining approval for return items.
- Check vehicle availability for deliveries.
- Effective delivery management according to location

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as logistics coordinator in the UAE
- Languages: English, Hindi
- Communication skills
- Negotiation abilities
- Customer service-oriented
- Organizational expertise
- Problem-solving skills
