Main Task & Duties for General Accountant:-
- Assisting in Preparing financial analyses.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Check and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Assistance in preparing monthly management reports and related analysis
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Organize closing procedures for monthly accounts.
- Prepare monthly bank account adjustments
- Payroll review and registration
- Contribution and hands on internal auditing by analyzing the data of the general ledger which are provided to the auditors
- Hands on internal audit
- Follow up on bank correspondence related to L/C and bank Guarantee
- Analysis and register revenues, interest and expenses monthly wise
- Organizing monthly closures in accordance with accuracy and completion within time frame
- Take the necessary procedures for the monthly inventory and prepare the list of stored differences
- Matching supplier statements and preparing monthly payments
- Daily sales transaction records registration and follow-up collection
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.

Requirements for General Accountant:-
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent from an accredited university with 3-4 Years Experience as minimum.
- Letter of Credit & LG tolls experience is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages for both general ledger and Statutory accounting.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
