EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting or finance or minimum 3 years of accounting studies.
· Preferable to have accounting license.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· From two to three years working as Accountant Assistant, or
· From two or three years working Accountant.
· Fluent English (conversational and writing).

TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE

RESPONSABILITIES
Accounts Payable and Receivable
· OP verification, bookkeeping and payment of providers invoices,
· Prepare and coordinate approval of all local and international Bank transfer, checks and Bank drafts.
· Check bank inputs and apply payments received.
· Record all payments from customers to Orion MIS,
· Remit SOA to customers
Closing Functions
· Collection Report and Monthly billing.
· Cash and Bank account reconciliations,
· Accounts Payable Report
· Accounts Receivable Report
· Accruals & Amortization, Depreciation calculation and review.
· Issuance of Statistics,
· Monthly Financial Statement Report to the Top Management.
Other functions
· Provide customers quotation and invoices,
· Cashier functions, verification of receipts and petty cash backs.
· Tax IIT declarations (based on country regulations)
· Updating the list price in the database and reporting price changes to Agents and Inspectors,
· Reconciling all OMCS bank accounts around the world in USD and local currency,
· Verification of accounting records (intercompany),
· Send Electronic Correspondence when is requested by the management,
· Sending monthly reports to the flags (issued certificates, records of ships).
· Provide support during internal and external audits, either accounting or quality.
· Comply with KPI`s indicators assigned by organization and report in due time to Head of Department(s) and Top Management,
· Support the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in the company by designing new procedures or adjustment to existing in the department.
· Perform any other related work as assigned through the procedure’s responsibility section and any other assigned by the ADM or CEO.
