Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is a developing role. Analyst applies specialty area knowledge in invoicing, AR’s, Data Analysis. This role carries the responsibility of AR Management and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for day-to-day activity for invoicing and accounting for the division.
• Data entry and management of trade related entries in ERP and excel.
• Work as a team member within the credit department to provide supporting data & analysis for reports, banks and other institutions.
• Follow up on AR’s and inform the relevant PIC for escalations.
• Work with Credit Risk team to identify risk of customers and suppliers.
• Assist in compliance checks, when required.
• Appropriately assess discrepancies in deal books, trades for safeguarding company’s interest, its clients and assets, by driving process compliance and adhering to Policy.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years’ experience in Analytics / Finance / Accounts will be desirable.
• Working on Business Intelligence tools is key along with ability to run credit tools.
• Ability to perform analysis to support decisions on matters pertaining to aspects of risk, especially on credit risk
• Able to work in a team and across teams with people from diverse backgrounds
• Able to work in a rapidly changing external environment and support the business in a highly competitive and challenging market
• Able to work under pressure in high-risk scenario
