- Preparation of invoices and delivery notes.
- To make sure the invoice/DN is properly stamped-up to finance department.
- Ensure quarterly tax compliance.
- Encoding of supplier bills in system.
- Encoding of other records in system.
- Update the list of deliveries without LPO on weekly basis.
- Good English language skills.
- Support business and office functions.
- Demonstrate the good organizational and project management skills.
- Perform related duties and tasks assigned by Management.
