Sales Manager – Middle East

Your tasks

  • Relationship management with channel partners to gain trust, influence behaviors and outcomes, and resolve conflict; ability to establish and drive strategy with third parties
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Influencing cross-functional and global counterparts to find solutions
  • Cooperating across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; communication, presentation and reporting of complex information
  • Working in cross-functional and global business environment with sound understanding of process
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals and implementing timelines for business growth to ensure achievement of targets
  • Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities, deliverables and results
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the concepts of, and proven experience in solution selling.

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of work experience in a sales position in utility or flow instrumentation
  • Strong affinity towards B2B sales and proven track record in the flow and utility industry
  • Experience with solution selling preferred Miller Heiman
  • Highly entrepreneurial and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages, defend position & drive change
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Great relationship skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven ability to influence to ā€œCā€ level executives with deep relationships and experience / network in the Utility space
  • Detail-oriented with great managerial, technical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Dynamic, communicative and target-oriented team player
  • Willingness to travel where required
