A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Senior Operations Manager”.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce, bespoke and retail business are running efficiently and effectively.

The Ecommerce Operations Manager also oversees a wide range of cross-functional operational processes and facilitates efficient collaboration between operations, marketing, finance, and retail fulfillment teams, as well as third-party logistics partners and vendors.

the following basic prerequisites must be met :

• A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems
• Experience in end-to-end process management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms (shopify)
• Experience in ecommerce sales
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Great communication with regards to order dispatch, communication with drivers, suppliers and customers to in harmony ensure that deliveries are smooth and hiccup free
• Support on post sales services
• Develop a clear and easy to manage automated flow from order placement to successful delivery and installation and feedback collection (automation)
• Working closely with KSA suppliers to ensure successful delivery and installation is completed.
