Role Purpose
The Loyalty Product Manager will be responsible for leading a product vertical containing multiple products to create market leading sustainable products.
The candidate will create the product vision, strategy and programme roadmap for a product domain working with the Product, Digital & Technology Lead, Business Owners, and other key leadership members and stakeholders to enable the fulfillment of SHARE’s 5-year ambition and drive customer lifetime value for the Majid Al Futtaim Group and its individual Business Units.
The Product Manager will also work throughout the product development lifecycle firstly on the discovery of new products, features and services, working with CX to align to the overall customer experience and programme design to ensure business viability and value generation creating clear product hypothesis and measurement strategies that can be tested directly with customers balancing desirability, feasibility and viability to create market leading sustainable product suite.
Role Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Inform the development of SHARE’s product strategy to ensure a product vertical is aligned with the overall product strategy and group objectives
- Create a product vision and program roadmap for the product vertical
- Work with the Product community across Majid Al Futtaim to ensure that the right priorities are being worked on across the Group and that your Loyalty interests are appropriately represented
- Identify new products to enable overall business objectives, strategies, goals and measures
- Lead the discovery of new products, features and services, working with CX to align to the overall customer experience and Business Owners, Programme design to ensure business viability and value generation
- Create clear product hypothesis and measurement strategies that can be tested directly with customers to understand product performance which can be aligned back to business goals and objectives and inform further development
- Employ design thinking tools and experiments, ranging from personas, empathy maps, journey maps, story maps, and A/B tests to communicate customer needs to the Agile Release Trains
- Develop communicate and prioritize the product vision and programme roadmap for the SHARE product vertical evolving the roadmap based on opportunities to drive value to the business
- Communicate the program roadmap to the product owners and Agile Teams to enable the creation and alignment of team backlogs
- Present the product vision, defining upcoming milestones, and establishing the business value expected over the next quarter
- Ensure that products and solutions are supported through their operation lifecycle through collaboration with CX, defining support policies for product end-of-life, and addressing legal and compliance requirements
- Facilitate the creation of product team roadmaps working with a team of product owners and agile squads to align roadmaps for the vertical and release value through the digital implementation cycle
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, legal and other relevant business stakeholders to identify and agree go-to-market strategies to deliver products to the market
- Build the digital product teams team’s knowledge of digital product delivery, encouraging continuous
learning, a data driven approach, collaboration and shared outcomes
Minimum Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
- Agile product management or role related qualification is preferred
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, loyalty experience preferred
- 5 years of Lean and Agile methodology implementation experience
- Demonstrable team management experience
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Charismatic with strong communication and influencing skill
