Job Description
• Prepare Financial Reports
• Responsible for VAT filing and payment.
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts and Bank Reconciliations.
• Petty Cash management and recording.
• Preparation of tax invoices, account statements for clients, receipts, credit notes and purchases
• Accounts Receivable collection follow-up through e-mail and phone calls.
• Prepares payment to vendors; verifies the accuracy of vendor invoices.
• Computation, recording and processing of employee’s payroll (WPS).
• Computation of leave salary pay, deductions and other salary-related transactions
• Provide monthly cash flow projections.
Requirements
- With or without experience.
- Freshers in the UAE are encouraged to apply
- With experience or knowledge of using QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
- Nationality- Philippines (Preferably Filipina)
- Salary- AED 3000
