Person Specifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline
- Minimum 4 -8 years of HR experience specifically in core HR Operations
- Candidates with Professional HR Certifications will be preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS Technologies (Oracle R12 Version- HRMS)
- Extensive IT proficiency in Microsoft Office
