The Finance E-commerce Manager role is one of the most impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a proper control and organizational skills, the Finance E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the finance department.
Primary responsibilities
- Supervise and engage a team of Accountants to ensure a timely execution of the weekly and monthly pay-outs to partner vendors
- Ensure smooth month-end invoicing to vendors along with the SOAs to ensure timely collection of the dues
- Managing relationships with internal teams, auditors and banks
- Monitor the assigned day-to-day financial operations within the organization
- Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and recommend improvement techniques/ solutions
- Closely work with IT development team to automate related processes and to minimize manual work
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of department
Requirements
- Superb clarity in communication and ability to lead
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Past experience within a tech or e-commerce environment would be an advantage
- Advance Excel skills
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA)
- 5 years of accounting and finance experience in a managerial capacity
