Job Location: Dubai-UAE
Job Description Responsibilities
Ø Handling Receivables with all related activities like
- Preparation of invoice, SOA, and sending to clients
- Posting invoices to the system
- Follow up on the payments from the clients
- Collections
- Payment receipts
- Receivable reporting
- Sales team sales report
- Turnover over reports
Ø Responsible for the Accounts related activities like
- Maintaining fixed asset records
- Preparing bank reconciliation
- Petty cash
Ø Preparation of financial statement, closing financial year, statement of accounts, Profit & loss, BS, Cash flows
Ø Monthly closing accounts
Ø Prepare reports related to Accounts as required by the management
Ø Updating and requests Bank Facilities, renewals, APG, PB, LCs, etc
Ø Supervise accounts payable accountant and his activities like checking supplier’s payment, invoices, etc.
Ø Preparing the V.A.T for the company and the Group and coordinating with the sister company’s accountants
- Qualifications & Experiences & Skills
- BSc in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience In the UAE
- 3 years of V.A.T experience is a must
- SAP experience 2
- communication skills in English
- Car
- Arabic native
- Joining – immediately is preferable
