- Timely process of Monthly Payroll and submission of the Reports to corporate Payroll Team as per the deadlines
- Ensure the accurate creation, updation and maintenance of employee various Allowance and deductions in Oracle Payroll System
- Upon receipt of relevant documents and approval s, ensure timely updation of other Allowance, medical, Visa, Air Ticket reimbursements
- Process the employee benefits pertaining to Rental Assistance, Settling Allowances advances, variable pay and miscellaneous payments as per eligibility and in line with group policy and Management Approval
- Update all type of leave records
- Processing of leave salary and directing Travel Desk to book the tickets
- Preparation of invoices, and prepayments in Oracle
