Role Purpose
This role will manage internal stakeholder relationships for the SHARE rewards programme across the Majid Al Futtaim Group to drive the performance of SHARE within the releant business unit. The role will manage the relationships across one business unit for the UAE and reigions (as SHARE is rolled out) from amongst groceries (Carrefour), cinemas (VOX), Lifestyle (All Saints, Crate & Barrel etc. ) and properties.
Role Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Manage and drive annual planning with the BUs and quarterly reviews
- Manage multiple BUstakeholders to maximise the potential of the SHARE programme for the BUs and for Majid Al Futtaim as a whole
- Maintain an overarching view of all SHARE-related related activities and requirements for each BU, and act as the BU SME within SHARE
- Work with the BUs to recommend annual SHARE targets and plans across marketing, technology and operations – working along side the SHARE team responsible for each of these areas
- Assist with budgets and business cases as required to deliver BU specific projects
- Lead problem solving with the BUs and SHARE team and ensure timely response and delivery of solutions from the SHARE team and/or other MAF teams as required, on behalf of the BU – e.g. Holding Technology
- Assist Lead, Stakeholder Management and Regional to to identify business plans and budgets for SHARE and the BUs for each market, collaborating with the commercial finance team
- Work with the value stream scrum master and SHARE release train engineer to ensure each market launch is delivered as per desired business thinking, is as per agreed timelines, quality budget and customer requirements
- Facilitate and manage recurring BU-specific governance forums, including quarterly business reviews with each of the relevant BUs
- Work with the SHARE team to resolve for the BUs any SHARE related issues that arise during the year across all functions.
- Manage the end to end deployment of BU specific features working alongside the specific SHARE and BU teams and value streams
- Identify opportunities to enhance the ways of working across SHARE and with the BUs to deliver against BU ‘SHARE’ kpis and desired outcomes
- Work with finance to track costs against relevant business plans
Minimum Experience/Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in a similar role, either managing internal or external stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelors degree
- Masters degree or MBA preferred
- Additional role related qualification preferred
