PROJECT ENGINEER- INTERIOR FIT OUT
This position would suit someone who has excellent project management and quality control experience to co-ordinate the interior fit-out works. You would be involved in supervising contractors and quality control the execution works at site related to projects. The ideal candidate must have a Degree in Interior Design & Certification in Quality Control with minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in Interior Contracting companies and proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling daily site activities of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Recording all site activities data and maintaining site daily report in professional manner.
- Coordinate with all other third parties such as sub-contractors / consultants
- Making plans using detailed drawings.
- Preparing estimates and budgets.
- Creating accurate project specifications.
- Must be able to read interior drawings, use AutoCAD
