Looking to hire a Accountant to join one of the leading Real Estate Developers in the UAE.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Review Sales Procedures and policies
- Prepare monthly sales reports and pending sales
- Maintain schedules of sales commissions
- Monitor and address potential compliance issues proactively
- Maintaining Accounting Schedules / Records
- Checking and Verifying Petty Cash Expense Claims
- Checking Supplier’s and Subcontractors’ Payments, as well as Invoices
- Checking Schedule of Prepayments and Depreciation
- Other accounting duties & responsibilities may be delegated
Requirements:
- Minimum of Four (4) Years of Experience In the Accounting Field
- Bachelorās Degree in Accounting / CA
- Working Knowledge of Accounting Software (Focus) is added value
- Professional in Excel and Microsoft Word
- English and Arabic Language Proficiency
