Role Purpose:

The Coordinator – Marketing is responsible for working as a catalyst to the implementation of the 360-marketing communication plan by working with all relevant merchandising and marketing stakeholders in order to consolidate all marketing operations required to launch a campaign / project.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Creative Design

  • Collect and consolidate Campaign and projects briefs, product lists and requirements from project owners and merchandisers
  • Ensure that briefs and content are well prepared and share them with the creative functions including designers ,media and in store assets specialists
  • Assist Campaign manager on day to day projects and tasks planning
  • Manage end to end collection of required information to build creative assets for campaigns and projects
  • Liaise with designers and specialists to ensure that creative assets are created and delivered on time
  • Consolidate and maintain the annual marketing campaign and projects calendar
  • Supports the Campaign manager in the preparation of final campaign / projects creative assets and marketing plan presentations
  • Works closely with the MarComs traffic campaign manager to ensure that regional campaigns and projects assets are aligned with the MarComms requirements
  • Work with the insights and analytics team to collect data on campaigns and projects performance and update the monthly performance reports
  • Work with the Social Media team to insure communication is getting perfect exposure on all platforms
  • Create a well-organized workflow with defined timelines and commitments for all functions that allows the smooth and efficient roll out of projects and campaigns
  • Report progress and work flow weekly to the Campaign Manager highlighting priorities , challenges and identifying ways to improve operations

  • Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Minimum Qualifications/education

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or relevant

Minimum experience

· 3+ years of experience in Marketing operations or project manager role in an agency or Marketing / Creative operations function within a company
