Business Development Manager | Athletes Junction

A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced,  skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Business Development Manager”.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and creative professional who thrives on BIG challenges and is inspired by the opportunity to work with leading global sports and fitness equipment brands in an entrepreneurial environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Development and implementation of direct sales channels strategy (national sports federations, fitness centers, pro sports teams, sports academies, etc.).
• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Development and execution of promotional events and community activations strategy.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases.
• Planning and executing training programs for partners.

Required:

• Experience within fitness industry and/or brands preferred
• Understanding of sports communities and industry (amateur and professional).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player.
• Self-starter and able to work under extremely tight deadlines.
• Outstanding social and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Flexible work schedule.
• University/College degree.
• Car and UAE driving license.
• Flexibility to travel across UAE (and possibly Middle East region).
• Arabic language proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
