Looking to hire an Accountant with 4-5 years of real estate/property developer experience. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
– Daily accounting operation and finalization of accounts and audit
– Making a proper system for accounting for safeguarding timely deposit of PDC and cash collection.
– Ensuring timely collection of rental income receivable and making proper reconciliation with accounts.
– Preparing Statements of Accounts and calculations related to rentals and deposits.
– Coordinate a proper reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to – ensure that frequent and accurate reports are given to management.
– Ensure that all bills and other miscellaneous payments are paid on time.
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
– Bachelors/Diploma in accounts or commerce
– Real estate experience is mandatory
– Accounts receivables experience is mandatory
– Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
– Familiarity with financial accounting statements
– Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
– Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
