We are recruiting for a proactive & tenacious Operations Manager to join our team. This role empowers you with the responsibility to maintain relations with our Vendors, and Customers. You will need to have strong communication skills and the personality to drive our business development forward.
Basic Qualifications/ Experience:
-To be successful within this position the candidate should have significant knowledge about automotive industry.
-Fluency in English and Urdu is a must.
-You are required to hold a minimum UAE experience of 2 years in the field of Operations Management.

-The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, smooth operational execution.
-You are required to follow the process and procedural guidelines while also being open to using analytical skills to ensure seamless execution of orders.
-Ensure seamless delivery of services
-Customer centric attitude and spirit to go the extra mile go give a wow factor to the end user.
-Maintain a sturdy yet flexible relation with corporate clients.
-Identifying loop holes in the process and proactively finding & implementing the solution.
Ability to think outside the box and present ideas to increase the business opportunities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or higher
-Experience with MS Office tools and Internet
-Provable track record of having successfully managed complex operational executions.
-Critical: Strong phone presence
-Presence in the UAE and the ability to start immediately
