About the Position:
We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive for Al-Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. The primary responsibility to support the operational teams to achieve the overall KPI’s and operational targets. You will ensure warehouse housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards with full health & safety compliance. You will ensure the shift work is completed on time based on the productivity agreed with the supervisor during shift briefing.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Efficient binning, picking, sorting & counting of products against set customer targets
- Maintain quality standard such as accuracy, adherence to agreed processes, presentation of product, information flow
- Checking of outbound shipments for product codes, quantity & product condition
- PI counting & reporting variances
- Warehouse housekeeping & general cleanliness
About You:
An ideal candidate for this role should possess a High school education or equivalent. You should have at least 2 years’ relevant experience as a Warehouse Assistant or a Team Leader in the automotive industry. You will have good understanding of basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures. You will be able recognizes and understands part numbers and alpha/numeric codes and capable of following written instructions and documented procedures. You will be able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
