Using mixed-reality, virtual and augmented reality solutions we solve a wide range of problems for organizations in various fields, as they’re transforming their organizations.

We are looking for a strong sales leader to join our company as we prepare for our next phase of growth. Our innovation space is based in Sharjah but we operate internationally with a back office and technology team in Europe.

Your responsibility will be to carry out complex sales cycles whilst building and managing a team based on your growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Close deals. Build successful customer cases and repeat.
- Hire and build out a sales organization based on existing success.
- Report to the CEO and work hand-in-hand to make the organization you’re working for successful.
- Be the champion of your own mission, meaning you must believe in your mission before anyone else can. And this will then be the foundation that will motivate your team.
- Help build out the company culture.
- Work closely with our head of Innovation to provide compelling and successful deployment to our customers.
- Build commercial partnerships for future growth and work with our existing partners in providing solutions to our customers.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A track record in SaaS sales is a must.
- A track record in selling virtual/augmented reality solutions is a big plus.
- Must be able to demonstrate sales and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
- Experience in selling software in the GCC region, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in selling to board rooms, understanding annual reports and being able to understand company objectives and translate their initiatives into solutions we can provide.
