CA with MBA with 10-15 years of experience in International Accounting.
- Finance / Tax matters
- Preparation and Evaluation of Financial Statements as per International Standards
- Understanding Preparing financial details for Legal Cases
- Negotiations with financial institutes and Banks
- Preparation of cash flow / budgets
- Experience of dealing with DIFC, FZCO regulations
- Experience of dealing with Trust regulations
- Well versed in different offshore jurisdictions and taxation including India, US,UK Mauritius) regulations
- Well versed with International Accounting Standards, presentation of Balance Sheets (Audit Report, Financials notes)
