North Life is currently expanding its operations and has an aggressive growth plan for the CIS countries. For this purpose, we would like to hire a business development manager to develop sales in the region.
The profile we look for:
- Work experience in business development and/or sales, in the pharmaceutical/Medical industry
- Pharmaceutical industry background, ideally with basic regulatory knowledge
- CIS-regional background (e.g. Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, among others)
- Fluent languages: English and Russian (MUST), optional further CIS-country language(s)
- Experience in medicine government tenders and government sales
- Able to work autonomously and drive projects forward with low supervision
- High sales motivation
- Analytical mindset
- Willing to travel
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse potential markets and key products to sell in those markets
- Contact potential clients in target markets to develop sales relationship, with a focus on public sales
- Maintain and further develop built up client relationships
- Prepare tender submissions by coordinating with the pricing and regulatory team
