Vacancy – Receptionist
Job Description:
Handles all incoming calls, takes messages and forwards calls to relevant team members.
Welcomes and greats all customers and escorts them to the right staff to ensure Customer needs are attended properly.
Maintains an up to date knowledge of personnel, procedures and promotions.
Attends customers’ needs and understand their requirements, in order to handle the enquiries quickly and properly.
Educational and Experience Requirement
Minimum Educational, Professional and Vocational qualifications required.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Good behavioral and functional competencies required
Presentable, well organized, friendly and polite and good communication skills
Good Command of English.
