Position – HR Director
Reporting to – CEO/COO
We are seeking an experienced HR director with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

Requirements
·The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in Human resources development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
·Candidate should have Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a similar specialty is mandatory.
· The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory.
· Ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience and knowledge in ERP, excellent Communication, Leadership, Multitasking, Negotiation, Conflict Management, and problem-solving discrete and strong work ethics.
· Should have the ability to supervise entire HR personnel, deal with employee grievances and disputes, support employee development, enhance job satisfaction, implement HR strategies that support business objectives, forecast staffing needs, mitigate risk, structure benefit packages, maintain employee records, manage budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
·Should have the ability to improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization’s values
·Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs & oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
