Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- To ensure timely deliveries by coordinating with forwarders and customers.
- To track receipts and confirming to material planners.
- To follow up to ensure all shipment requests are fulfilled as per the KPI.
- To ensure receiving is completed for inbound materials.
- To coordination between warehouse and customers for all material movements.
- To run quarterly audits to ensure correct data.
- To create and maintain a shipping plan and communicating this with all stakeholders.
- To identify the 3rd party inspection requirements and scheduling inspections.
- To ensure documents are sent for legalization where required.
- To ensure labeling of materials are compliant.
- To issue Certificates of Origin or other special documentation where required from Chamber.
- To archiving all inbound and outbound commercial and custom documents.
- To log all records of transaction in system.
- To support on data analysis or projects as needed.
- To maintain documentation in accordance with Emerson’s trade compliance requirements.
What do I need to be considered for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Familiarity with enterprise Resource Planning (preferably Oracle).
- Good level of MS Office literacy is required, especially with Excel and Word .
- Experience working within a distribution center or plant within a large multinational company.
