As a Senior External Auditor, you would be responsible for audit, assurance and reporting services to the clients. You will be responsible for planning and managing engagements, supervising fieldworks, audit conclusions, discussing findings and observations with the management during closing meetings, preparing / reviewing work papers, and preparing / reviewing reports. Also, provide routine client service assistance such as advice on best practices.
Educational Requirements and Certifications:
o Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Accounting a plus.
o Must hold a professional certification: CA, ACCA, ICAEW. Other related accounting professional may be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 4 – 5 years of audit experience in the areas of external audit, preferably with accounting / auditing practicing firms in UAE with:
o Project management experience within consulting or professional services firm.
o Supervisory experience, with accountability for staff performance and delivery.
o Prior experience of leading and able to work independently is a must
o Experience in reports drafting
o Excellent communication skills
