Our client, a real estate company, is currently recruiting an Accountant to be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the companyās financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
RequirementsTo be consdidered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Candidate should be based in Dubai
- Should have 4+ years of experience in the UAE market
- Should have experience with investment, real estate, or engineering background
- Willing to work in a start-up organization
- No systems in place/all reporting will be done through excel
- Should be able to join immediately
- Should have a degree in accounting/commerce
